Park Outings

We spent a good portion of our fall break at the park! That is of course, when it wasn't raining. It was great to get outside and see the wonderful fall colors all around us.

While at the park, Lilly of course had to go potty. She kinda has a little OCD when it comes to procedures. (I think some of that comes from me!) After she goes potty, we always wash our hands with soap and then we dry our hands. How do you explain to a two-year-old who is determined to dry her hands with a paper towel, that there is no paper towel! Just this once, she got to use mama's leg! Hopefully that will not keep happening!

Lilly has been feeding and rocking her babies every night for weeks! While rocking before our nap one afternoon she was giving her baby some milk. She looked at the baby and said, "Is it good?"

While we were driving down the road she saw a Pink Porta Potty. Thanks to rib fest this summer, she knows that's a place you can go potty! She was screaming at me from the backseat, "I NEED TO GO POTTY IN THE PINK POTTY!" Again, how do you explain to a two-year-old that porta potties are Gross!
